Pavel Talich is a well-known photographer who prefers classic photographic materials and the traditional chemical process. He works mainly with a camera obscura (lensless photography), where the recording medium is black-and-white photographic paper, particularly in a 50 × 60 cm format. The resulting image is often chemically toned and hand-colored. The direct recording from the camera obscura becomes a unique image, capturing a fleeting moment.
